To volunteering in Nepal join us in our work to improve the situation of Nepal, while experiencing the rich culture, natural splendor and daily life of our spectacular country, Our mission to encourage and invite as many international volunteers as possible to improve the children education and situation of Nepal, while they are experiencing the rich culture, natural splendor and daily life of Nepal. We do this by being flexible to our volunteers’ needs and keeping costs low. Why Nepal? Nepal is an astonishingly beautiful and diverse country, ranging from the well-known peaks of the Himalaya to the low-lying regions of the Terai. The Nepali people also foster a wealth.
Vision Nepal is a local Nepali organization, so we offer volunteering placements in Nepal that are highly affordable and designed for everyone from young students to adult professionals. We know our country best and this allows us to reduce overheads while still providing fantastic service equal to the high cost international agencies. And Vision Nepal is registered at The District Administration office under the Ministry of Home Affairs of Government of Nepal. It has also been affiliated to Social Welfare Council Nepal (S.W.C).
Although Vision Nepal is only in its 6th year already making head way in improving the lives of children and young students to adult, our main target group through sponsorship. It has also helped in the rebuilding efforts from the money our sponsors contributed after the 2015 earthquakes.
Vision Nepal has taken a small initiative under the theme of Vision Nepal Education Program to provide basic schooling opportunities to those kids whose parents are unable to afford money for their education. In this endeavor, we are supported by a few trusted friends and well-wishers both at home and abroad. We are grateful to the help and assistance extended to us by them since 2013 years.
Here, we would particularly like to mention the generous contribution made to this cause by Peter Tingle and his sister, Laura of Australia. We would like to extend our sincere thanks to them for their continuous support and interest.
Together with the combined efforts of the Vision Nepal education Program and (Dhawa Dorje Lama) Memorial Trust, we hope to be able to expand educational opportunities students to most need and most likely to benefit in Phulasi, Ramechhap District, eastern part of Nepal .
