Success Stories

Pema Tshering Lama and Palmu Lama, aged 14 and 10 are from poor parents  who are from the Ramechhap district. They have been staying in Kathmandu trying to get adequate schooling on their parents meager income. The children were unable to remain at  school last year because their parents were unable to fund the fees. Since the inception of Vision Nepal, the small amount of money that has been has received to date, has enabled them  to return to school.  Further study costs US $ 35/ per month.

Ambar Moktan and Sunita Moktan aged 17 and 15 are also from Ramechhap and they were unable to attend school because their mother died from Tuberculosis.  Available money was spent on hospital expenses before she died. With help from from Vision Nepal, daily expenses are now paid in relation to their schooling and basic nutritional needs as well as their school fees. (U$ 25/ dollars per month per person).

Nims Lama is 3 years old and now is in Kindergarten. He is from poor parents from Ramechhap District in Doramba village and has been staying in Kathmandu. Since the inception of Vision Nepal, his education fee for school have been paid – $35 per month .

Anjana lama and Ranjana Lama, aged 16 and 14 are from the poor parents who lives in the Phulasi village of  Ramechhap district. They have been staying in Phulasi village trying to get adequate schooling on their parent’s meager income. The children were unable to remain at school for 2 year because their parents were unable to afford the school fees. Since the inception of Vision Nepal, the small amount of money that has been has received to date, has enabled them to return them to school. Further study costs  $50/ per month.
